Safety School:Hawaii Pacific University Hawaii Pacific University is my safety school. This school is interesting to me because it is a new experience (being in Hawaii) and I feel that application is strong enough to get in. The average GPA admitted to the school is 3.38 with the average SAT score of 1155. Something this school offers is the 13:1 teacher student ratio. This is helpful because it will feel like a more familiar place, because it is a rather small school. They also have a forensics program and it is located near many other things on the island.

To get into the school you need at least a 3.4 GPA, and be average in your classes (mix of A's and B's). The average SAT score of acceptances are 1120.
