What do you enjoy most about this class?
I enjoy doing the "write away's, right away's!" Right in the morning, when I am still tired I get to just sit, think, and write. What are your areas of strength in this class? I think that my areas of strength are writing drafts, taking critique, and listing and taking notes during lectures. What are areas where you can improve or grow? I want to improve on my description in writing pieces, and my Outliers annotations. I like to write, but I really need to learn to put all my emotions into the writing. I also want to have more descriptive annotations for Outliers, the book we are reading in class. I honestly find the book long, ongoing, and slightly boring. When I read it I lose focus easily, which causes me to not fully understand. What is your plan to follow through with this improvement or growth? I am going to start writing at home, as well as school. When I fell a certain emotion, I will write about it. The more I do that, the more I can write with full emotion. For Outliers, I am going to read it with full focus, and take notes on everything, to put on the annotations. Describe your study habits. When I study for humanities, I usually read over my notes. During studding, It helps me to be in a quiet place, but with music playing. Music helps me focus and do homework, I can't really explain it. Describe your classroom behavior and participation. I get all my work done in class, I focus most of the time. Sometimes when we are doing silent activities, I finish early and dose off. I also sometimes talk in class, but I am still paying attention. In what ways can you improve on either study habits and/or behavior as the year progresses? Instead of dosing off, or talking if I finish early, I should add more description to what I am doing. If I can't add more I should just look down, so I don't get distracted. |
